Jumping into the bandwagon and doing this sort of art progression thing, to see how much I improved XD;; Well... isn't much isn't it? One of the reasons I didn't do this kind of stuff earlier is because I feel... ashamed probably? Because compared to alot of other artists I didn't improve as fast over the years...;;

Before/During 2000 - These I can't really tell when were they exactly drawn, all I know is that it's reaaaaally old D: Definitely done in 2000 or before... The red-haired dude was an original character of mine from a story that never did 'ripen' into a plausible story. The guy on the right was a gift I drawn for someone, I no longer have the original (that's a photocopy version)

2001 - WOOHOO!!! I got PHOTOSHOP this year and the pic on the left most is my very first CG!! XD;; Cloud filter, burn and dodge tool ftw!!! XDD;; Middle pic was based on an original character too, Cledrick (grown up version, he's a kid in the short story) from a short story I did in my doujin (2nd issue, sold out sorry..;; ) Last pic is just some random maiden I did, inspired by a Japan artist. I lost that artist's website url after I reformatted my PC a few years back.. ;___; All of these are mouse works!!

2002 - (only these are work done with tablet!! *__*;; ) Ahaha, a quickie of Orochimaru fanart I did!! Was trying out different light source directions in this, very much emulating the original mangaka's style for him...;; Middle pic is my original characters Frederick and Joseph, elven soldiers in my original story Craiziel. I was in a craze drawing the 2 of them around that period (had at least 11 doodles/oekaki/CG of them) The moon in the bg was done separately and took me AGES... I re-used it in several other pics around that time...;; But I lost the psd file now.. ;__; And last pic - Sanji from One Piece!! XD;; This is one of my favourite older CGs still!!

2003 - This year was the year of the goat!! Hence the goat girl chinese new year artwork XD;; I remember this was rather rushed as well..;; Middle pic is one of my most favourite pic too!! ^^ But I lost the source file for this already... :'< Planning to redo it in the future. I was having emo thoughts of cutting my arm off around that time.. but I feel more relieved after finishing the pic tho! XD; Last pic was done for a Guilty Gear XX gender changing series thingie XD;; Changing I-no's gender into a male version, named O-ni!! XD;;; *shot for lameness*

2004 - there was a HUGE period between 2003 and 2004 where I didn't CG much at all, I dunno, kinda lost interest with art in this period. I think I didn't draw for at least 1 year. I did doodle however, just not CG them...;; First pic was my very first gaian commission!! O: I didn't CG for so long my skills are not as good anymore x__x;; Middle pic was done as a print for a local convention. My version of mad hatter XD; Had alot of fun doing this pic!! Final pic was a submission for a RO art contest held in Malaysia. Due to unknown reasons I didn't win, although there were much more crappier art than mine that did... I did sent them a complaint letter demanding their reason for this, they replied but it was rather vague/confusing... I'm roughly judging that they thought it was stolen art (wtf?!! =__=;; ) although I gave them a psd file even (although layer flattened)

2005 - Aha!! Starting to draw more again this year!! Also learnt what is reflection lighting!! (yeah I'm slow... u__u;; ) It was a good feeling though!! First pic is the recently submitted Hack!! ^^ Middle pic is my Gaia RP character Kyou the lab scientist/warlock!! Based on my gaia avatar at that time XD;; Last pic is my fav pic thus far that I did, Tears of the Dead. Experimenting more realism style with this, it was a freebie for a friend too!! ^^

2006 - ROFL the attack of the blank, white backgrounds!! 8'D;;; And also of the Raevans!! Seriously, I haven't drawn much this year other than commissions and Raevans lol...;; I need to practise on backgrounds!!! DD: Skills slowly improving still.. note I emphasize... slowly...;; Raevans are fun though!!! So I'm not complaining!! XD;
